Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update patient information into the billing system
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Process billing information in accordance with company standards and protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
- Generate reports and prepare billing summaries as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- 1-5 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a medical billing environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
