Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update patient information into the billing system
Verify and correct data discrepancies
Process billing information in accordance with company standards and protocols
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
Generate reports and prepare billing summaries as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
1-5 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a medical billing environment
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
