Grow Your Staff is hiring a Graphic Designer for a renowned photography and videography firm based in Switzerland. This full-time, remote, contractual position offers excellent growth prospects and the chance to collaborate directly with an international team.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills and have experience in web and graphic design. This role involves designing and implementing new features and functionalities on the client's websites, enhancing user experience, and creating engaging social media designs.

• Experience Required: 3-5 years
• Compensation: INR 9-12 LPA
• Location: Remote
• Type of Employment: Contract (6 months)
• Work Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST

Responsibilities

• Website Design: Design and implement new features and functionalities on the client’s and their client’s websites.
• Design Guidelines: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to translate visual narratives into interactive web experiences.
• Prototyping: Prototype and iterate designs to engage with a diverse range of clients.
• User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to optimize design.
• Website Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the website, improving usability and accessibility.
• Social Media Design: Create engaging designs for social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Assist with basic content creation tasks when projects are not active.
• Brand Strategy: Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in web design, multimedia design, or related field.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in web design, graphic design, and UI/UX.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, and Elementor Pro 6.3.1.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in wireframe tools like Adobe InDesign, Wireframe.cc, and InVision.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
