Internship Details

Key Responsibilities
Contractual Documentation and Analysis:
- Draft, scrutinize, and negotiate legal documents and contracts, including software license agreements, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
- Work with vendors, clients, and partners.
Regulatory Compliance Advisory:
- Provide advice to internal teams on regulatory issues.
- Collaborate with teams to offer day-to-day legal support and guidance.
Routine Legal Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Manage data integration and upkeep of standard and negotiated contracts in corporate databases.
Legal Research and Policy Development:
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes.
- Analyze legal matters and provide strategic recommendations to business units.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Law graduate from a reputed law school in India.
Preferred Experience:
Combination of law firm and in-house corporate internships.
Availability:
- Full-time (in-office) internship.
- Available for a duration of 3 months.
Skills and Interests:
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
