Online Teaching Job Opportunity: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - English at Eupheus Learning, Delhi

Eupheus Learning, dedicated to enhancing K-12 education through innovative solutions, is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in English to join their team in Delhi. This position offers an annual CTC of ₹3,50,000 - ₹4,50,000 and immediate availability.

Responsibilities:

• Content Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content as per customer requirements.
• Curriculum Ownership: Manage subject curriculum framework, guidelines, and content quality.
• Communication: Effectively communicate information to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Content Review: Regularly review content and provide constructive feedback.
• Problem Solving: Propose solutions to new requirements, considering potential impacts.
• Articulation: Clearly articulate problem and solution statements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, freelancers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of teaching and content development, preferably in primary grades.
• Educational Background: Graduate/postgraduate preferred in English.
• Pedagogical Knowledge: Understanding of pedagogical methods, Bloom's taxonomy, and curriculum frameworks like NCF.
• Board Exposure: Familiarity with SSC and CBSE education board content and related products.
• Subject Knowledge: Sound knowledge of English subject matter for primary school.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop beneficial.
