About the Role
The Senior Executive Personal Assistant will work directly with the executive and provide comprehensive support across professional, administrative, corporate and, when required, personal matters.
The position requires a high level of initiative. Rather than waiting for instructions, the successful candidate is expected to identify pending matters, maintain action lists, follow up with relevant people and make sure commitments are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
The selected Senior Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of executive support activities, including:
- Manage and coordinate the Director's business and personal calendars, appointments, meetings and deadlines.
- Independently manage tasks, maintain action lists and ensure deadlines and commitments are followed through to completion.
- Prepare regular reports, summaries, trackers and status updates proactively.
- Liaise professionally with employees, clients, suppliers, professional advisers and other stakeholders through phone and email.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documents.
- Conduct research, gather information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare for meetings, organise supporting information and take notes/minutes when required.
- Follow up on meeting action items and outstanding tasks.
- Maintain organised electronic files, records and confidential documentation.
- Assist with administrative, legal, corporate and personal matters as required.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive business and personal information with absolute discretion.
- Proactively identify outstanding matters and follow up with relevant parties rather than waiting for instructions.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, secretary or in a similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
